The Biro HHP (Heavy Horse Power) Meat Grinders are a series of manual feed grinders with a range of bowl sizes and motor sizes that can be tailored to meet your grinding needs. With bowl sizes of 48, 52, or 56 and motor sizes of 5, 7.5, 10, or 15 hp (3.7, 5.6, 7.5, or 11.2 kw), we can provide a grinder that is just right for your application. All of the HHP series grinders feature single – reduction chain drive transmissions for maximum efficiency, and all the grinders use tapered roller bearings for low maintenance and long life. The HHP grinders have output capacities ranging from 1500 lbs. (680 kg) per hour to 7500 lbs. (3402 kg) so you can pick the model that fits best.

TA small cube for heavy duty applications! The special shape of the Diced ice cube provides optimal beverage contact making this type of ice cube ideal in heavy duty purposes in cooling drinks. Diced ice cubes are frozen on a vertical evaporator. The ice can be made very quickly and is thus ideal for outlets needing high volumes of ice, such as fast serve dining. The equipment is characterised by small footprint and improves the output / footprint ratio. Nevertheless diced ice is also of great general purpose throughout the hospitality industry. Dice cubes are available in two different sizes to suit your specific need. Water is sprinkled over the surface of the vertical evaporator grid plate with each cube forming in a cell on the grid. This is the most cost-efficient system where volume is a key request. The machine is compact, requires less floor space than a machine with a horizontal evaporator. The high grade foodsafe stainless steel and superior density isolation will ensure quality with and optimized energy consumption.

370 slices/min. ultra-high-speed operation (with standard 8mm blade) Featuring AC servo and special high precision 8mm stainless steel blade, POSEIDON provides uniform slices at ultra high speed of 370 slices per minute. Also, the inverter automatically adjusts slice thickness between 0.5mm and 30.0mm, each 0.1mm. The result is greatly enhanced performance. Minimizes vibration even at ultra-high-speeds (patent pending) POSEIDON incorporates unique built-in vibration measurement device. It is very quiet during operation and vibrations remain low even at the highest speed slicing. Meat detection sensor (minimum detectable height: 20mm) Meat detection sensor for immediate slicing. The sensor detects the edge of product and feeds just in front of the blade to save time for in-feeding. Automatic air gripping system Automatic air gripping system minimizes labor and increases efficiency. Load product and closes the cover, then the unit grips the product automatically. After slicing, it releases the product and stores it in the meat holder. Improved yield (minimum thickness of gripping part: 25mm) Conventional chop cutters are wasteful because they always leave more than 30mm of uncut product.
